Today I’m sharing with you a fun recipe that will be perfect for Game Day…Mac’n Cheese Cups. If you love Mac’n Cheese well this is recipe you will love. I am obsessed with mac’n cheese. Like I can eat it everyday lol. So I decided to make them as appetizer.
- 2 cups elbow noodles
- 3 cups of sharp shredded cheese
- 3 tbsp of butter
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- bread crumbs
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Cook noodles according to box directions.
- 3. Once noodles are cooked, remove the noodles in a strainer. Place the butter and flour cook until its combined. Add the milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add the salt, pepper and 1 cup of cheese. Add the cooked noodles and mixed.
- 5. In a cupcake baking pan spray it with non stick cooking spray. Add a spoon of the macaroni into the cupcake pan, add some shredded cheese, add another layer of the macaroni. (Be sure to not over fill.
- 6. Bake for 25 mins. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bread crumbs and some cheese.
