Today I’m sharing with you a fun recipe that will be perfect for Game Day…Mac’n Cheese Cups. If you love Mac’n Cheese well this is recipe you will love. I am obsessed with mac’n cheese. Like I can eat it everyday lol. So I decided to make them as appetizer.

  1. 2 cups elbow noodles
  2. 3 cups of sharp shredded cheese
  3. 3 tbsp of butter
  4. 3 tbsp of flour
  5. 1 1/2 cups of milk
  6. 1/2 tsp of salt
  7. 1/2 tsp of pepper
  8. bread crumbs
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Cook noodles according to box directions.
  3. 3. Once noodles are cooked, remove the noodles in a strainer. Place the butter and flour cook until its combined. Add the milk and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the salt, pepper and 1 cup of cheese. Add the cooked noodles and mixed.
  5. 5. In a cupcake baking pan spray it with non stick cooking spray. Add a spoon of the macaroni into the cupcake pan, add some shredded cheese, add another layer of the macaroni. (Be sure to not over fill.
  6. 6. Bake for 25 mins. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bread crumbs and some cheese.
  7. ENJOY
