It’s been a while since I’ve done beauty favorites. I wanted to start them back up because, to be honest, I love sharing with you guys which products were my favorite whether I purchased them or received them. Now these products I have here are products I have purchased with the exception of the Sigma Brushes. These products I have been using for more than a month so I can honestly say these are by far my favorite products.

January Beauty Favorites
Milani Cosmetics – Amore Matte Lip Crème – $7.99-9.00 (depending where you get it)
I got these a few month ago (around fall time) because I wanted more matte liquid lipstick. Now the one thing I will say about these matte lipsticks it’s not as drying as the ColourPop Ultra Matte lipstick. I find these more comfortable to wear on my lips because I have dry lips in the winter. Even when I put on a primer or lip balm before applying it, it’s amazing.
Shades (left to right): Attraction, Dearest, Glamour, Honey and Fixation.
Okay to all my oily girls – YOU NEED THIS! I swear this is the best matte foundation I’ve ever purchased. I was so impressed by it. It’s a full coverage as well. I’ve used this on my sister and other clients, they have LOVED it. You definitely want to make sure you get the right shade because it does oxidize.
This concealer was my first high-end concealer I’ve ever purchased. I saw good reviews on this from other girls that were oily like myself and they were raving about it. Of course, I had to purchase it. The concealer gives you a good full coverage, leaves you matte all day and it does last a long time. It is a bit pricey for the amount of concealer you’re getting.
I have to say this is as good as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit. It’s pigmented and with one swipe you pretty much have “highlight on fleek”.
Shade: Gilded Honey
I have been loving some of the Makeup Revolution products lately because they’re so well made and of course the price is AWESOME. I have their Hot Spice blush palette and I was immediately in love with that palette and I wanted to try a more matte blush, so I got this one.
This detailed brush set comes with a total of 8 brushes but these 4 are by far my favorite brushes from this set. I find myself using these more than the others. Top to bottom: Domed Blend Brush (E43), Duo Fiber Blend (E41), Lash Fan Brush (E04) and Bent Liner Brush (B12).
I’m sure some of you are going to ask what the “lash fan brush” is used for but I don’t use it for my lashes instead I use it to do my cut crease. I find this brush works better when it comes to doing cut crease.
Have you tried any of these products? What were your beauty favorites this month?
