We are literally days away from Fourth of July. Can you believe it? I’m teaming up with Steffanie from Brighter, Darling to give you some Fourth of July fashion inspiration. Now in Wisconsin, it gets REALLY hot and muggy during the day on Fourth of July. But at night when you’re watching the fireworks by the lake, the mosquitos can be a big pain and it can get a tad bit nippy. For me, I love to make sure I’m covered as much as possible because I’m allergic to mosquitos. Yes I know, it’s weird but my body reacts differently when I get bit by one.

Fourth of July Fashion Inspiration
Normally on Fourth of July – we like to cook out, have a few drinks and then go see the fireworks. And if you were going to join us to see the fireworks, you would definitely catch me wearing a maxi dress like this one. I just love a good flowy maxi dress that has sleeves. It also has to be cool enough for me to wear so I’m not too uncomfortable if it does end up being muggy or something. This maxi dress and hat are from SheIn. SheIn is a women’s fashion online shopping where you can buy clothes for a reasonable price.
This was my first time ordering from SheIn and I have to be honest with you. I was SORT OF impressed by how fast I got my order considering the fact that it comes from Singapore.
There were a few things I didn’t like about this brand and that’s the sizing is sketchy as hell. Normally I’m a small or medium so when I ordered this dress I made sure to get a small and it worked out perfectly. But the other maxi dress I got (here) was WAY TOO long. There were other items I got from SheIn that I will be showcasing in a later post. Be sure to check out Steffanie’s fashion post here.
