Everyone loves good, bouncy hair, but in order to achieve that, we must make sure we take good care of it with great products. I’ve always struggled with damaged hair because of I like to change my hair color so much. Just a few months ago I did the pink ombre and boy did it dry out my hair. Today I want to share with you some of my tips to keep a healthy hair this summer.
Healthy Summer Hair with Dove
DIY Hair Masks – Are a great way to have healthy summer hair. Coconut oil is my favorite to use with an egg, honey and olive oil.
Shampoo/Conditioner – When I do wash my hair, I always shampoo twice, then condition my hair and rinse it off at the end of my shower. Sleep with Hair Up – I learned this from my hair stylist, that sleeping with your hair down on a cotton pillow case can actually do more damage to your hair. So sleep with your hair up or in a hair wrap. You can also switch your pillow case to silk.
