First off I have to say HAPPY WEDDING DAY to my girl Kelsie. She’s getting married today. So excited for her. Welcome back to the Beauty Mix Series. Last week us girls shared 4 different warm toned eye looks which you can check out here, here, here and here. For this week’s Beauty Mix it’s all about the Brown Tones. As a brown eye girl, brown eye looks are probably one of my favorite looks to create. I wanted to create a look that was very bold and smokey because fall is all about the bold and smokey eye looks.

It’s been a few months since Ashleigh and I have done the Beauty Mix series. But we are definitely ready to share with you some looks for September through December. This time we have 2 new beauties collaborating with us; Kelsie & Lily. These girls are such great bloggers and I’ve gotten to know them very well. I love that they both love beauty as much as Ashleigh and I do.

As the new school year is getting closer for my boys, I will be getting back into a very quick morning routine for myself. We have to be out the door by 7:15 am. This means getting up early and being able to apply makeup in within 30mins or less. If you’re a busy mom with kids attending school, this 5 Minute Day Time Peachy Eye is super simple and easy to do with the new Too Faced Peaches & Cream collection exclusively available at Sephora and Sephora inside JCPenney.
A few weeks ago I bought the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette because EVERYONE was raving about it. And let me tell you, I know why. This palette has been my go-to palette for everyday looks because of the warm tone colors. These colors are so pigmented. I’ve used almost every color in this palette in some sort of way and no fall outs, which is a YAY in my book because I can’t stand when eyeshadows cause fall out.
You guys 4th of July is 2 weeks away. But this weekend my city is having a 4th of July event which is called “Shake the Lake”. They set off fireworks for 4th of July on the lake and this is our first year taking my boys to it. Of course, I had to create a fun Holiday Makeup: Easy Red White and Blue look. I mean we are celebrating America’s Independence Day why not go all out for this holiday.

This post is something I’ve been meaning to do because I’ve been asked numerous of times on how I cream contour. Cream contouring isn’t something many people can do because it’s tedious and you have to make sure you’re doing it right. Otherwise, you look like a hot mess. I will be honest with you, it took me a year to master down the cream contouring. It wasn’t something I was able to do for a while because I wasn’t blending correctly. In today’s post, I’m going to show you how I cream contour by sharing with you a tutorial. I will explain each step of my process when it comes to cream contouring.
It’s been a while since I shared a makeup look on my blog and today I wanted to share with you this Simple Peach Glowy makeup look I had created a few days ago which has been my favorite to do because of the simplicity. During the spring/summer months, I love to keep my makeup looks very minimal because I don’t have time to sit and do glam because it’s just going to melt off. The humidity in Wisconsin is insane during the summer months. So the fewer makeup products I have the better for me.
You guys!!!!! I have been so excited to share this with you because I’ve been so excited for this collaboration. I’m collaborating with my blogger bestie Alexis from A Blissful Haven. We are showing you some Valentine’s Day makeup looks + fashion looks for you. This is the first time I’m ever collaborating with a fashion blogger. I can guarantee you’re going to like the looks that Alexis has put together for you if you’re still not sure what to wear for Valentine’s Day.
