  1. Aw it was so sweet of you to say you’re thankful for your blogging pals and readers!! I am as well. I think it’s so awesome that Brian encouraged you to leave your job. You must have such an amazing support system! Life is too short to work a job you hate. Happy Thanksgiving!!

  2. I’ve loved getting to know you through this blogging community. You’re so sweet and being thankful for the blog/readers is proof.

I’m thankful for about a bazillion things, and one of them is this blogging community along with my hubby, our son, our parents, my brother and sis in law. So basically the people that truly care about us.

Usually for Thanksgiving we have a huge get together at my mom’s uncle’s house (about 50 of us). Everyone brings something to eat and we sit and stuff our faces and laugh. Now though, my hubby & I cook for his parents so for two days in advance I’m in the kitchen all day and my hubby joins me when he gets home from work. Thanksgiving day we take lunch to them and eat then we head to my mom’s uncle’s just to be social and maybe grab some dessert. Then on to my parents to lay around, watch a movie and just be together.

As for desserts, pecan pie and cheesecake win! But this is the first year i’m having my MIL’s pumpkin pie, apparently it’s the best stuff ever so that may take the cake, I mean pie!

  3. What are you thankful for? For my deep relationships with both my family, friends and husband. I moved 500 + miles to be with him and my family and friends all supported me.

What are your family traditions? Usually before we ate… we would have our own little football game. Each side of the family would get a chance to play and we’d have a trophy where the winner gets to keep it until next year. It never left my side of the family. Bah ha ha!

What is your favorite dessert for Thanksgiving? Pecan pie. nom nom nom. Soooo good.

Kudos for having the support to do what you love. I hope that one day I will be able to do this full time. We shall see. Cheers.

  4. So much to be thankful for.. mostly that my hubby is home this year and is safe. My favorite is my aunts home made pumpkin cheesecake roll! I can’t wait for it!! Happy Thanksgiving darling!

  5. So much to be grateful for. The beautiful people in my life, my work as a coach, my wonderful clients who achieve amazing things, the freedom that I have to be who I desire to be, the sisters from around the world that support me, encourage me and make my life so much more worth living. My husband, Labrador, friends, family. The food on my tables, the roofs above my head, the warmth during Winter. And so much more. <3

  6. I love this! I am thankful for John and his family. They have all been so supportive and have included my family in everything! Happy Thanksgiving love!
