Today I wanted to share with you my daily makeup routine. My makeup looks aren’t always glamorous like I showcase on Instagram because let’s be real here, I’m a stay at home mom and I only do glamorous makeup looks when I’m actually doing something outside of my house. So I’m going to share with you my go to products for this daily makeup routine look and mini tutorial.
Being a mom sometimes means we need to be quick on getting our makeup done. This routine takes Easy 30 Minutes or Less. Which is perfect for those busy mornings.
Step 1: Moisturize your face. This is a MUST for me.
Step 2: Prime my face. I use the NYX Pore Filler & Photo-Loving Primer.
Step 3: I use the Maybelline Brow Define pencil.
Step 4: Prime eyelids with the Urban Decay potion primer (not listed in the image). Always important to prime your eyes especially if you want the eyeshadow to last all day.
Step 5: I use the 3rd shade first row on the Nudes palette from Maybelline to “set” the primer. Then I will go in with whatever shades I want to create the look I want. I swear this palette and the Blushed Nudes palettes are my go to palette for everyday wear.
Step 6: Once I’m done with my eyeshadow I will apply some mascara and then my falsies. I like to use “natural falsies”.
Step 7: I like to mix the Dream Bronze BB with the Dream Fresh BB creams. I use my BH Cosmetics Kabuki brush to apply the bb creams.
Step 8: With a concealer brush I like to apply the NYX Dark Circle Corrector under my eyes to correct them dark circles. Once I do that I like to go in with my Maybelline Instant Age-Rewind concealer and blend that with my beauty blender.
Step 9: SET! I use the NYX Cosmetics Mineral Finishing powder (not showcased in the image because I just ran out of it) to set the bb cream.
Step 10: Contouring. This is a simple contouring look. Just using my NYX Matte Bronzer underneath my cheek bones, forehead area and underneath my chin.
Step 11: I apply my Maybelline Master Hi-Light blush. No need for highlight since this already has highlight included.
Step 12: Apply some mascara on my lower eyelids. Use my favorite lip pencil by Nars Satin lip pencil (shade:Rikugien) and set my makeup with the NYX Setting Spray.
There you have it, my easy 30 minutes or less makeup routine.
