‘Tis the season for baking. I don’t know about you but I sure do love to bake during the holidays. But because I do so much baking since I am the baker in the family. My family depends on me to create delicious pies, cookies, brownies, cakes or anything that is sweet during the holidays. Of course, I don’t mind it but I do like to make sure that my recipes are quick and easy because I definitely don’t like spending so much time in the kitchen. I want to be able to spend time with my family during the holidays.
Today I am sharing with you a very delicious, quick and easy Pumpkin Pie recipe. This literally takes like 1 hour TOPS! So you don’t have to worry about this recipe being super tedious or long. I even used a premade pie crust because I don’t like dealing with making pie crust from scratch or molding a crust into a pan.
The main ingredient that makes this recipe so good is the Nestlé Media Crema. As a Hispanic woman, I like to make sure that I’m incorporating as many Hispanic ingredients in my baking. For my pumpkin pie, I like to use the Nestlé Media Crema is a shelf-stable table cream that can be used as a topping or ingredient in both savory and sweet dishes.
Quick & Easy Pumpkin Pie
- 1 can Nestlé Media Crema
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
- 3. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- 4. Once the pie is done baking, let it rest for an hour or until you're ready to eat it.
