You guys already know I love COVERGIRL. Even more, now that they’re a cruelty-free brand. A few of my favorite products I’ve talked about it on the blog before. Today I am here to talk to you about the NEWEST product and that is the COVERGIRL Premium Eyeshadow Palette. Never have I seen a drugstore brand have such beautiful palettes before that look like a high-end brand. This new COVERGIRL Premium Eyeshadow Palette has 4 different palettes.

Smokey Spring Eye Look with COVERGIRL Ascension Palette
I will say that all of these colors are beautiful. I can definitely see myself using the palettes in versatile ways. The shimmers/metallics are pretty pigmented. I have created an eye look using the palette Ascension palette. I feel like this palette is perfect for a spring eye look. I have a step by step on how you can achieve the eye look.
You are going to blend the shades: Curtsy, Admiration and Committed into the crease. This is going to be your transition shade.
Now that you have your crease shade, you’re going to blend “Truffles” on the outer V of your eyelid. This is going to give you that smokey effect.
Apply the shade “Fantasy” on the rest of your eyelid. You will then add the COVERGIRL Full Spectrum Black Eyeliner on your lash line. To soften up the eyeliner, with a pencil brush pick up the shade “Truffle” and apply it over the black eyeliner. Apply mascara (if you’re not wearing lash extensions).
Apply the COVERGIRL Full Spectrum Deep Purple on the waterline and smudge it with the shades “Committed” and “Aura”. Apply mascara. Lastly, apply the shade “Loyalty” on your inner corners.
Overall I freaking love how this eye look turned out. I have brown eyes so this makes my brown eyes pop. You can easily find these palettes at Walmart in the beauty aisle. I mean these are palettes you want to have in your collection. I can’t wait to play with the other palettes, especially Overthrown. Because those colors are screaming my name.
