We are 2 days away from 2020. I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by. I am excited to see what 2020 holds for me and my family. One thing I am definitely going to continue to do in the new year is learning more about essential oils and how it’s good to use. I already love diffusing it in our bedroom and in our boy’s bedroom. The boys love their “sleepy time” blend at night. What I love the most about essential oils is how it’s natural and not so strong so our allergies don’t act up.
I have used “headache ease” when I need headache relief. I tend to get those a lot in the winter because of the weather. I definitely want to start using essential oils more for my back pains since I found out I have scoliosis so seeing a chiropractor is great but it can get expensive. Rather than taking pain medicine I want to start using essential oils to help relieve my back pains.

Did you know that Simply Earth is a Wisconsin based company? It all started off when the owner got sick of paying high prices on essential oils that they couldn’t fully trust. Instead, the owner took matters into her own hands. I completely feel her on this because there are some essential oils out there, that I personally couldn’t trust. Finding a good brand of essential oils that are a great price is hard to find.
The Simply Earth Recipe Box is a monthly or quarterly subscription service that automatically sends its best essential oils to your door. Each month the box focuses on a new theme that challenges you to integrate essential oils into your life in some way.

Simply Earth January Recipe Box
I received the January Recipe Box from Simply Earth for review. Along with the January Recipe Box, I was also sent the Bonus Box which is what you get when you sign up to their monthly subscription for the first time and every 6th order.
What’s included in the box:
- 4 essential oils
- 1-2 bonus ingredients (this month contained Avocado Oil)
- 6 themed recipe cards (each month is a different “theme”)
What’s included in the BONUS box:
Let me just say that I was shocked by the goodies inside the bonus box. Everything in the box is perfect for beginners because let’s be real here, who’s going to have these items laying around.
- 12oz Coconut Oil
- 4oz Almond Oil (carrier oil)
- 4oz Coconut Oil (carrier oil)
- 2oz Beeswax
- 6 10ml Roll-On bottles
- 6 5ml glass bottles

Now besides the monthly subscription Simply Earth does offer essential oils, diffusers, blended oils, jewelry, and other aromatherapy items that you can buy and when your order is over $29 you get free shipping (otherwise there’s a $5.95 shipping fee).
Would I recommend Simply Earth?
YES, I totally would. Especially if you’re someone who loves to use essential oils. Which is great if you’re new to essential oils. I think the biggest value is definitely the monthly recipe box. You get the most out of these boxes. It also helps you gradually add essential oils to your lifestyle. Having those recipe cards as a beginner is going to help you big time getting started.
If you want to get started all you have to do is click this link here. When you do sign up using my code: JASMINEMARIAFREE you do get the recipe box, bonus box and $40 gift card to use on your next purchase (like oils, diffuser, etc).
If by chance the monthly subscription is sold out, you can still get the STARTER BOX. This is offered each time the monthly themed box sells out. The Starter Box does come with a free bonus box and it’s own recipe cards.
