Goodbye winter makeup and hello spring makeup. I am excited to pull out all of my favorite bright spring makeup for this season. I love anything pink, coral, or bronzey. With that being said, I am here to tell you 5 Blushes You Need This Season. I love wearing blush. Fun Fact: I never use to like it but when I started to get into makeup more, I fell in love with it. I love it when my cheeks look flushed and radiant.
5 Blushes You Need This Season
I’ve tried many blushes and to my surprise, my favorite blushes are drugstore brands! Yes, all 5 of them are drugstore. Now let’s see why these 5 drugstore blushes are a must-have in your collection. All of the blushes I am going to mention have a shimmering hint to them. I love using them in the spring/summer because of the shimmer.

FLOWER Beauty – Flower Pots Powder Blush
I love this blush. I love that it’s a duo meaning it contains a bit of highlight in the blush to give your skin these beautiful natural radiant cheeks. If I use this then I know I don’t have to apply highlighter because it’s enough to make your skin glow.
Favorite Shade: Warm Hibiscus
Physicians Formula – Murumuru Butter Blush
I’m sure you’ve heard about this blush. Every beauty guru is in love with this blush. And you should be too! They come in a variety of colors. Some of the shades do contain a bit of shimmer to give your cheeks a glow. The ultra-refined pearl and soft-focus pigments give your skin a smooth texture and it also helps brighten skin tone.
Favorite Shade: Natural Glow
Lottie London – Blush Crush Powder Blusher
This one I picked up last year in November, I never regretted this purchase. I have never used Lottie London before so I knew I had to give it a try. I love how super pigmented the blush is. Definitely be careful with it. I made that mistake the first time. All of the blush shades are inspired by male celebrities. You do get a beautiful glow with it.
Favorite Shade: Drake (shimmer peach)
Rimmel London – Maxi Blush
These were sent to me by Rimmel London and I loved the colors. You can easily build up the blush without looking like a clown. It contains micro-fine powder that glides on smoothly and blends so beautifully for natural-looking results.
Favorite Shade: Third Base
Pixi Beauty – PixiGlow Cake
My last favorite blush is from Pixi Beauty. This one is a big palette. The colors mix beautifully to achieve the flushed cheeks with a radiant finish. It also provides subtle contouring. You get a highlighter, blush, and bronzer in 1 palette. So freaking beautiful and worth the buy.
Favorite Shade: Pink Champagne Glow
Would you recommend using blush powders or liquid blush? 🙂
It depends! I personally love powder blush vs liquid. But if you’re someone with dry skin, I recommend using a liquid blush.
