Who here loves having a smoothie bowl? This is my first time making a smoothie bowl and actually eating one. I can honestly say this is a new favorite for breakfast. I’ve always wanted to eat one but never made one because I figured I would just pour it into a cup and just drink it. But adding chunks of fruit, chia seeds and almonds, just makes it better.

Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Not only is having a smoothie bowl delicious but it’s also healthy. Smoothie bowls are a lot healthier than making a greasy breakfast. It’s also easy to do and pretty to look at it. ADMIT IT. I love how filling smoothie bowls can be and I don’t have to worry about being hungry for a few hours because of how much protein it contains. My husband and I love these so much that we got our boys having some when we make it. Of course, I had to share my recipe with you and let you in on a fun secret ingredient.

This Berry Smoothie Bowl does contain Vital Proteins Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides. I liked adding a scoop of the Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides to the smoothie because it contains protein, Vitamin C, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Probiotics. I’m getting older so I need all the nutrients and health benefits my body needs. I can’t wait to continue making more smoothie bowls using the Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides.

Vital Proteins Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides are sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine and organic berries to ensure a natural, high quality, and nutrient-rich elixir great for healthy hair, skin & nails, bone & joint health, and digestion.
