Next week is Valentine’s Day you guys and I have another Valentine’s Day makeup inspiration. This one is a bit more glam than the Soft Romantic Makeup Look I created last week. For this makeup look, I did want to create a cut crease and make it sparkly. This is the look I came up with.
We are officially in the month of February which means – HELLO VALENTINE’S DAY! Some people may not like this holiday and that’s fine but I love it. Everything is pink, red, and white. I get chocolate and I can also create makeup looks. When it comes to Valentine’s Day you’ll see a lot of red lipstick and that’s fine. But what I like to do as well, is create beautiful eye looks.
We are just a few weeks away from New Year’s Eve. Can you believe it? Personally, I don’t really care too much about this holiday only for the makeup because you can pretty much do anything sparkly and it’s okay LOL. Not sure if I’ll be doing anything this year for New Year’s Eve, last year we pretty much went out to dinner with the boys and stayed home to watch movies.
Red lipsticks are the best to rock during the holidays. It’s classy, bold and it makes you feel confident. Of course, I had to create a makeup look for this week’s Beauty Mix Series that involved a red lip color. Because I was rocking a bold lip color I wanted to make sure to keep the eyes simple but sparkly. I also created a video of this look. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to do the voiceover.
Who’s attending a holiday party this season? Personally, I don’t party (I’m too old for it or at least it feels like it) but I do love a good glam party makeup look. When I think of holiday parties I think of sparkly eye looks. So for this holiday party look, I decided to go with a smokey eye with a white glitter.
Hello December!!! This is the last month of 2017 and with it being the month of holidays, Ashleigh, Kelsie, Lily and I will be sharing HOLIDAY Makeup Looks for our Beauty Mix collaboration. I don’t know about you, but during this time, I feel so inspired to create fun and colorful makeup looks that will go perfectly for the Holidays.
Thanksgiving is next week Thursday!!! HOLY MOLY. I am so ready to wear my stretchy pants and max out on delicious Dominican & Ecuadorian food. My family from NY will be here Thanksgiving so I’m super excited about that. I haven’t seen them in 2 years with the exception of my other aunt who I haven’t seen in 11 years. LONG TIME. My favorite thing about the holidays is being able to spend it with the family and having delicious food.
