Coffee is a must every morning for me and Brian. It’s sad to say this, but we can’t function without it. Now that we are both to be better when it comes to eating/drinking since we are sweating for the wedding, we are trying to find alternatives to our favorite coffee creamers. This Coconut Cinnamon Coffee Creamer is packed with so much nutrient and it’s sweet without the added sugar.
Coconut Cinnamon Coffee Creamer
The creamer is easy to do and contains only 3 ingredients which are coconut milk, coconut oil, and organic butter. What makes this so much more healthy, is that it contains Vital Proteins Marine Collagen Peptides. Coconut Cinnamon Coffee Creamer
- 12 oz Brewed Coffee
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Organic Butter
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Marine Collagen Peptides

Brew your coffee.
In the microwave (or stove) mix together the coconut milk, coconut oil, and butter.
Once ingredients are melted add the coffee and all of the ingredients to a blender.
Pour it into your favorite coffee mug and enjoy.
