I told you I love Halloween so much. I have been wanting to do a styled shoot like this for a long time and I finally checked this off my bucket list. Halloween is my thang. I always decorate for Halloween and try to do as much as I can in my apartment and when we decide to buy a house, game over. Our house will be the obnoxious one on the block.
Halloween Styled Shoot
I had my girls Chloe & Kelsie help me nail this photoshoot. It was my first time ever coming up with how I wanted to execute this look. Everything from hair, clothes, makeup, and of course the background. Thankfully Chloe owns a huge land and I only had to go to her yard for this. When it came to deciding what look I wanted to do for this styled shoot, I knew it was going to be a glam skull. I love doing skull makeup. I added sparkles on the eyes and I kept it very black. That’s my favorite color and I didn’t want any color on the makeup bc of the crown I got and the fact I had an all-black outfit. The smoke bombs were going to add colors to my background so I wanted that to be sort of my main focus.
I can’t wait to show you guys our next style shoot. It’s going to be a fun one and I can’t wait to share the photos of that styled shoot. It’s going to be epic. You can find everything I used for this styled shoot below or you can shop it here through Amazon. My hair was styled by my hairstylist Mary (@mary.ellesbeautybar). She’s so good at styling my hair. I used regular makeup to create this look.
Absolutely love this!!!! I wanted to shoot something like this in the woods behind my house with purple smoke and a witch outfit like Sarah Sanderson ….but I’m running out of time for Halloween shoots…..oh well …..there’s always next year
Btw was this shot with an 85mm lens?
Thanks, girl. And I believe Chloe’s lens is a 16mm.
