Healthy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Thanks to Vital Proteins for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions and thoughts presented are entirely my own. Thanks for supporting the brands that support JASMINE MARIA BLOG!

Who here loves a good fall recipe? Personally, for me, I love to make them for my family. I have never been a huge fan of pumpkin flavored anything. With it being the season of baking, I wanted to create a recipe that was fall flavored but also healthy. I mean you can’t celebrate fall without pumpkin lol.

My fiance right now is in the midst of doing a weight loss challenge with his coworkers. Whoever loses the most weight wins a certain amount of cash. How awesome right. Because he’s been working out and trying to lose weight, I created a recipe for him that was healthy and of course, his favorite fall flavored PUMPKIN SPICE. You thought I was basic? No, my fiance is! Sorry babe.

When these Pumpkin Spice Muffins were baking my apartment smelled so good and made me happy inside. Cause we all know that I love fall. These healthy pumpkin spice muffins are easy to make. Most of the Pumpkin Spice Muffins, I recipes contain flour, butter, and milk. So I wanted to substitute these ingredients for a healthier version.

Relatable Post: Why It’s Important to Add Collagen Into Your Routine

One key ingredient to this recipe is the Vital Proteins Marine Collagen Peptide. I’ve talked about Vital Proteins before and I love everything about this brand. When you add 1-2 scoops into your drink you get vitamin boost you need to support healthy hair, skin, nails, bone and joint health, digestion, muscle recovery, and more. One important key ingredient is the Active Amino Acids. Which is a great source of the amino acid proline and glycine, which helps promote healthy immune, digestive, and central nervous systems.

Brian really loved these and I hope you do too!
