If you are someone who is not a fan of medium to full coverage foundation because of how it feels on your skin. Don’t worry, I got you covered. I completely understand why you don’t like those types of coverage because some of the formula feels extremely heavy on the skin. With spring around the corner, I’m rounding up the best Light Coverage Foundations that are suited for everyone.
These foundations are not only light coverage but also lightweight on the skin. This means you won’t feel it on your face especially if you’re oily skin.

Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin – I’ve talked about this foundation and even did a demo on Instagram. I absolutely loved this foundation not only because you get a light coverage but you can definitely build it up to your liking. I loved that this also gives me a glow without looking greasy. [All Skin Types]
Cosmakery Buffing Foundation – This foundation is a mousse-like foundation. It’s a natural skin finish but it’s also buildable. I absolutely loved how this looked on my skin. [All Skin Types]
IL Makiage Woke Up Like This – I was sent a few foundations to try out last year and I absolutely loved it. The foundation is lightweight on the skin. Doesn’t feel like you have anything on. Again this foundation is also buildable. [All Skin Types]
Revlon PhotoReady Candid Glow – I am still obsessed with this foundation. I remember when I first tried it out, I was hooked. It gives you not only the perfect glow but you get light coverage. [All Skin Types]
Dior Backstage Foundation – This is my go-to foundation in my makeup kit for my clients. Why? Because it’s extremely lightweight. I’m able to also have control with the coverage because you get light coverage with just one drop but you can add more for more coverage. [All Skin Types]
Dermablend Flawless Creator – I was skeptical about this foundation because it didn’t indicate if it was meant for all skin types. I believe that if you are someone with oily skin you can definitely use a matte primer or setting powder to help with the oils. Overall a great foundation especially if you have normal, dry, or combo skin.
NYX Total Control Drops – Another great drugstore foundation. With this being a drop you have full control of how you want your foundation to look. It’s also light on the skin.
If you think there’s a foundation I should try and add to this list be sure to let me know in the comments!
