Who here loves to carry snacks in their purse? I know I do. Especially when I know I am going to be busy with weddings or if I am going to work outside of my home. I think it’s a great way to be cautious of what you eat especially if you’re on a budget or trying to stay “fit” for the wedding. I personally have been watching what I eat, so if I can bring low carb snacks in my purse I am all for that. I am going to be sharing a few of my favorite snacks to include in my purse when I am on the go.

StarKist Creations are seriously the best for on the go or even if you work at home. My favorite to carry in my purse is the Zesty Lemon Pepper Chicken Creations and Lemon Pepper Tune Creations. What I like the most about these StarKist Creations is that it does contain lean protein, they’re under 80 calories per pouch and there’s no draining required. Put in your bag, tear open, and enjoy. StarKist Creations single-serve pouches come in 23 different and exciting flavors. Let’s just say Brian is the one that enjoys the spicey, hot and buffalo flavored ones. He can easily take these to work as well.
I love eating crackers when I am on the go as well. It’s easy to put in a ziplock bag and great addition to go with the StarKist Creations pouches.
LOVE snacking on pistachios, almonds, peanuts or cashews. They’re also easy to carry in your bag and doesn’t take up much room. Nuts provide energy which is a must if you’re busy throughout the day.
Just like nuts, granola bars are good in protein and energy. I love that they are a great snack.
I mean you are supposed to eat fruit throughout the day, so if you can carry chopped up fruit in your bag. Do it. I love having grapes. They’re just quick and easy to eat.
What is your favorite on the go snacks?
