15 Beauty Products For Your Summer Makeup Bag

Warmer temps are here, so it’s time to share products that I believe are worth using in the summer months. Personally, I do not like to wear too many heavy products in the summer because it’s just going to fall apart. When it comes to my summer products, I want to keep them lightweight and simple. I also want to use products that are long-lasting and waterproof. But I will share products that I do believe hold up amazingly in the summer temps.

I have to be honest. I like to switch between the two sunscreens because each has its own benefits. Dime Beauty Wonderscreen (use code: JV20) is a clean mineral-based sunscreen. It’s also non-greasy which works great under makeup or for anyone with oily. Tula Glow Daily Sunscreen (use code: JASMINEMARIA) is also non-greasy, has no white cast, and works with all skin types. It also works great with makeup. This one just gives you more than the Wonderscreen.

Rare Beauty Tinted Moisturizer

I recently wrote my review on this tinted moisturizer and this will be 100% my go-to tinted moisturizer this summer. It’s a lightweight moisturizer with light-medium coverage. It’s glowy and lasts a long time. It also contains SPF.

e.l.f. Stay All Day Micro Mist

A must in order to keep your makeup long-lasting. Especially if you’re oily. This is going to help control your oily skin. This is a great dupe for the Urban Decay De-Slick Setting Spray.

Essence Lash Princess Mascara

This mascara is waterproof and doesn’t clump. I love how affordable this mascara is and it’s honestly one of my favorite drugstore mascaras.

L.A. Girl Soft Matte Cream Blush

This cream blush is a matte finish. Which works great over tinted moisturizer. It blends out beautifully and it’s long-lasting.

Wet’n Wild Megalast Waterproof Eyeliner

If you’re like me and still love a good wing eyeliner. You need this in your summer makeup bag because it’s waterproof and long-lasting.

Sephora Collection Eyebrow Pencil

This product is underrated. I have been using it for years and love it. It’s waterproof and long-lasting. Perfect for the pool/beach days.

Tarte Cosmetics Waterproof Bronzer

I was recently sent this bronzer and I was super impressed by it. I love how it looks natural but also waterproof. It’s definitely going to be my go-to bronzer for the summer. You can also use this on your body.

IT! Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Setting Powder

I have been using this powder since last year and I will keep recommending it. Here’s why the powder gives your pores this airbrush finish whether you’re wearing a tinted moisturizer or foundation. It also keeps your oily skin dry throughout the day.

Fenty Beauty Lip Gloss

When I am on the go I do prefer a lip gloss. And Fenty Beauty lip gloss has been my favorite to use. They are not sticky and they’re hydrating. My favorite shade is Fenty Glow.

Cosmakery Highlighter

This is another favorite of mine. I have the shade “Firefly” and it’s absolutely stunning. It’s not glittery at all. [use code: jasmine15 for 15% off]

Flower Beauty Light Illusion Concealer

This is a full-coverage concealer and when you do use it, you need to work with it fast. It dries down super fast. It’s long-wearing and super light on the skin.

Runway Rogue Lip Liner

I have this in my makeup kit for my brides. And I had to get a few for myself. These are so creamy when you apply them but also dry down to a semi-matte finish. It’s super long-lasting which is why I recommend this lip liner for summer.

MAC Cosmetics Matte Lipstick

If you haven’t tried these out, you need to. It’s creamy but also long-lasting.
